बिहार में नशामुक्ति नीति का प्रभाव : नीतीश कुमार के शासनकाल में सामाजिक परिवर्तन का एक अध्ययन

Abstract
बिहार में नशामुक्ति कानून का अध्ययन करना इस शोध का मुख्य उद्देश्य है, विशेष रूप से नीतीश कुमार के शासनकाल में। बिहार सरकार द्वारा लागू किए गए इस कानून को सामाजिक सुधार, महिला सशक्तिकरण और अपराध नियंत्रण के एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम के रूप में देखा गया है। इस अध्ययन में यह जानने का प्रयास किया गया है कि नशामुक्ति कानून ने राज्य के सामाजिक, आर्थिक और पारिवारिक जीवन पर कैसा प्रभाव डाला है। अध्ययन में यह भी विश्लेषण किया गया है कि इस कानून के लागू होने के बाद घरेलू हिंसा, अपराध दर और पारिवारिक कलह में कितनी कमी आई है। साथ ही, महिला सशक्तिकरण के क्षेत्र में आए सकारात्मक परिवर्तनों का मूल्यांकन किया गया है। शोध में यह भी देखा गया है कि नशामुक्ति कानून के क्रियान्वयन में कौन-कौन सी चुनौतियाँ सामने आईं, जैसे कि अवैध शराब का प्रसार और प्रशासनिक कार्रवाइयाँ। अंत में, यह अध्ययन इस निष्कर्ष पर पहुँचा है कि नशामुक्ति कानून ने बिहार में सामाजिक रूप से और सुधार की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया है, लेकिन इसके प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन के लिए सावधानी और जागरूकता आवश्यक है।
