Terms and Conditions of Appointment:
1. Tenure Duration: The tenure of the appointment shall be for one year. Renewal shall be based on mutual consent and performance review on every last month of the Academic Calendar i.e. 30 June of Every year.
2. Roles & Responsibilities: Upholding the publication’s academic and ethical standards and reviewing and approving manuscripts for publication. Guiding the editorial workflow and ensuring timely issue releases and coordinating with peer reviewers and contributing to editorial decisions. Promoting the journal and encouraging scholarly contributions.
3. Editorial Independence: All editorial decisions shall remain independent, fair, and aligned with the mission and scope of AD EDUXIAN JOURNAL
4. Code of Ethics: As an Editorial Board Member, you are expected to adhere to the highest standards of editorial integrity, as per international publication ethics (COPE Guidelines).
5. Termination Clause: The appointment may be terminated by either party with a 30-day prior notice in writing, citing valid reasons.
6. Honorary Position: This position is honorary and non-remunerative unless otherwise specified under a separate agreement.
