Leadership is a challenging thing and in the present scenario it has a completely different perspective, as a head you are equally responsible for the others deeds. In the present scenario it’s not only about the high intelligence part it’s also the amount of emotional stability. In this article we have discussed the important traits required for the effective leadership and its do’s and don’ts while dealing with all sorts of employees, especially the amount of delegation required and the accountability on the individual part.
