Abstract

Abstract: The main objective of the present study the National Education Policy-2020 was to develop and change or transform the Indian traditional education system by introducing the new education policies, developing critical thinking, providing the skill and technological knowledge in teaching learning procedures to new learners in India. The study basically tried to observing on the awareness and perception on National Education Policy-2020 among the targeted population of the study that were students of undergraduate level of Assam. The investigation was conducted mostly by using the secondary data from the secondary sources among the undergraduate students of the various colleges under Assam. Through this study the investigator found that the maximum students in that particular level specially Assam, not aware and conscious about the National Education Policxy-2020. So, this study suggest to develop and increase the awareness among the student of college level by organizing the various programmes.
