Abstract

Education is the main weapon for any kind of change in the nation. Education is the process by which each person becomes a high quality citizen through enlightenment and empowerment. 'Teacher' plays an important role in the teaching-learning process. It is the teacher who prepares the children of the class as citizens of the nation. Is the creator of their future.One who guides the students, develops various skills within them, imparts knowledge, develops decision making ability among the students, develops problem-solving ability and provides an alert, conscious voice to the nation. He prepares students as citizens. So that he can contribute to the nation and society. The great form of teacher has also been mentioned in the National Education Policy- 2020. Various education programs have also been included in the new education policy. It has been specifically stated in the New Education Policy-2020 that teachers truly shape the future of our children and therefore, the future of our nation. The motivation and empowerment of teachers is required to ensure the best possible future for our children and our nation. Therefore, it can be said that teachers play an important role in nation building. Its direct reflection falls on its students, who are the future builders or nation builders of the country. The contribution of the teacher for this is undoubtedly incomparable.
