Women’s Education is one of the main instruments of social development. Women’s education can transform a country or nation into a prosperous and developed one. Educating women to lead a productive life not only makes them self-reliant but also contributes to the prosperity and strength of a region and a nation’s economy. Therefore, women should be granted rights in all fields of education, as they are uniquely positioned to raise their children in a manner that will lead them down the path of progress and prosperity in the future. Therefore, after independence, the leaders of our country paid special attention to the expansion of Women’s Education. Articles 14, 15, and 16 of the Indian Constitution ensure equality. The Indian Constitution’s Preamble conceals the magnificence of this Constitution. There will be no discrimination in government jobs. All the articles that are said about the rights of women are 14, 15 (1), 15 (3), 16, 29.2, 39 (a), 39 (d), 39 (e), 42, 45, 46, 51 (a), 243 D (3), 243 T (3), 243 D (4) T (4). All of these articles guaranteed women’s rights and privileges in every area. This article aims to discuss the rights granted to women in various fields also including the field of education in the Indian Constitution, and discuss their positive aspects.
