This Study investigates the relationship between employee engagement, HR analytics utilization, and their impact on driving business outcomes. Through a mixed-methods approach incorporating surveys and interviews with HR professionals and business owners, insights are gleaned into the strategic importance of HR analytics in shaping organizational performance. Through literature review, case studies, and quantitative analysis, it explores how HR analytics adoption correlates with organizational success.
