The purpose of this research work is to study the role of the teacher's inside the school in creating the career perception offer (10+2) students. This research work is an empirical study. Data collected through specific standardized psychological test. The study completed for various disciplines. Obtained results showed that teacher's role is important and beneficial. In this regard, career perceptions are formulated through various process and affected by different factors and variables. The details of findings are discussed in this present paper.
